In the course of providing medical billing, revenue cycle management, credentialing, and related services, we may receive or process PHI on behalf of healthcare providers. We handle PHI in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and the terms of the applicable Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”).

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Sites. 6. HIPAA Compliance and Business Associate Obligations

Where we act as a Business Associate, we use and disclose PHI only as permitted by the applicable BAA and HIPAA. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect PHI.
